Is there a limit to Disney Dollars?

I've just finished counting my change from my Mickey Money Jar. I want to cash it in at the bank and then trade it in for Disney Dollars at the Disney Store. Is there a limit that they can sell you, I have $135 to trade. Will they be able to do this?

I've bought as much as $200 in a single purchase from TDS in the Town East Mall (Mesquite). $135 shouldn't be a problem at all.

I believe the only limit on the Amount of Disney Dollars you can get is the Amount of money you can afford to give them.

I have never known the Mouse to turn up is nose at a healthy Dollar!

Actually the limit is the amount they have at the store. If you want $1,000 worth it is best to call the manager and order them so that you are not dissappointed when you show up. I would not expect $135 to be a problem.

Princessdad is correct - I went about a month ago to buy $100 worth in $10 increments but they only had $80 worth in $10 increments & no $5's so I had to get the rest in $1's....

Please don't take more in Disney Dollars then you could afford to lose. Just like cash if someone steals them they are gone! (Try Travelers checks or those prepaid credit cards if you don't want to use credit!)

Hey, how come my disney dollar say Disney Land and not Disney World ??? Does is matter ? Can they be used at Disney World? Is this how they all are ????

I've also noticed that they say Disneyland, but I've never purchased any that say Disney World (I've wondered why) but I have always used mine at Disney World with no problem.

They can be used at any official Disney Park/Resort or Store regardless of whether it says "Land" on it.

They might say Dineyland in preperation for DL's 50th, which will start in 2005...I'm not sure, it's just a guess
