Is there a DVC Photopass discount, or is it AP?

I read somewhere right before I went to WDW in April about Photopass prints being discounted, I can't remember if this is for DVC members or Annual Passholders. If anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated since I completely forgot where I read about the discount.

In our Welcome packet there was info on the DVC version of the Photopass discount. I didn't use it so can't give you more details.

When we checked into BCV last month, in the packet was an envelope with a Photopass card and instructions for a DVC 50% discount on 4 pics when ordering.

My sister was mailed the same thing for her AP.

Same at BWV last week, got the packet with the DVC photopass/discount.


Word of warning--the cms that take your pix offer to hold your stuff. Most did just fine. One dropped my digital camera and although it worked for 2 days the lens seemed a little sluggish retracting. Then the camera died totally. I didn't lose any pix, but was not able to use the camera and had to buy a throwaway one. I could kick myself for not getting the name of the cm who dropped the digital one, but since it seemed to work at first I let it go. Luckily my friend owns a camera store and I'll get it fixed gratis, but it was a bummer to be without a good camera for fully half of my trip .
