Is there a cruise journal anywhere?

You people are all so talented, I just found this board and I am trying to really think through what I would like before I just start asking for everything going. I love the journals that you guys have made, but we are only doing 2 days WDW before 2 weeks on the magic, I have looked back a few pages but didn't come up with one. Has anyone seen a cruise journal?
