...that doesn't care about relations with Saudi Arabia? What if terrorists captured someone from, say, North Korea and executed them(God forbid). What if North Korea's response was "We don't care who is responsible, it happened in SA, and your country is being held responsible"? I'm not advocating sanctions against SA, but it seems some countries might be less tolerant than we have been. I wonder what would happen.
