Is there a bus to Sea World?

I would like to know the same thing. Or how does everyone that does not have own transportation get there?:confused3

No, Disney does not provide transportation from its resorts to the competing parks. There are city buses that go to the Transportation and Ticket Center (Lynx, I think). Some people have provided details on how to transfer, but I think I read that it takes 1 - 1 1/2 hours to to the transfers.

The most cost effective way for a family is probably to rent a car at Disney for as many days as you will be off property. There is a rental place onsite - I can't remember if it is at the Swan/Dolphin or at the Car Care Center, but you could ask on the Transportation Board.

You might also be able to get a Mears Shuttle from the TTC to other parks - you could check their website.

I got curious - here's a thread about the Mears shuttle:

We used lynx for our Seaworld trip it was 3.00 rt for adults, I don't believe it was that much for the kids though. It drops you off right outside the parking lot of seaworld and when you leave you walk across the street to the bus stop, very easy! We toted 3 kids and we did fine:)

we have always just taken a cab to sea world (a mini van type that had carseats) they dropped us off at the front of the park and picked us up there as well.

You can take the WDW bus to either the TTC or DTD, which ever is closest to the hotel. The Lynx bus No 50 goes from the TTC along Hotel Plaza Blv (DTD) and stops right outside Seaworld. Costs about $2 per adult each way and takes about 20-30 minutes on the bus (depending on where you catch it from).
