Hi!! Brand new here! I just booked us for 4/26-5/3 at Pop. We're sooo excited!! I, too, am hoping for a general public code. I have 2 questions for you guys...what kind of savings to they generally offer? Is is a % off the room or more like ticket upgrades? Also, if it is an "April only" code, would it apply to our entire stay, or only until the 30th and then regular rates for May?

Thanks so much!!! This board has already provided me more information than I ever would have even THOUGHT to ask about, lol!!

I may be wrong, but I think northriver was mentioning the discussion of codes of the past...(historical) We are all waiting on codes to the general public to come out for April.

First of all, do you realize hat when you type in all caps you are yelling? It is not necessary to yell.

Secondly, I was specifically replying to a poster who was asking for historical information. That poster is perfectably capable of going back and finding the post so I didn't look it up when I posted. That historical information however, is in post #338 or

There hasnt been a code released yet. This thread is fro all of us waiting for a code.

But I too am waiting for the April Code... But what I don't understand is where to find it... Do I need to go to "MOUSESAVERS.COM" to find it or does someone actually post the code right on this thread?

Lori Mae, sorry you did all that reading, I certainly didn't mean to confuse anyone.

Everyone here will be all aflutter when codes for April come out, so just be sure to stop in at least every few days. The information will be posted here, and at Mousesavers and lots of other places. There will be a series of discounts, like AP rates for the Annual Passholders, sometimes rates for Disney Visa holders, Florida residents, and also for the general public. Discounted rates are not available for all resorts or for all dates, so it is kind of a gamble depending on when you are going and where you plan ot stay. Just because there is a "code" out, doesn't mean it will work for you. Make sense?

Then check "user CP" daily for an update. "User CP" is at top of page on the left side.

Just by replying to someones post "subscribes" you to that thread. So you may need to periodically clean out your "User CP".

I have enough SPG points to stay at the Sheraton Safari completely free for four nights, however.. then we need a rental car and because I'm under 25 it's going to be over $300. My thought is if a code comes out and I can get 4 nights at a value for a similar amount we should just stay on site. I'm scaarreeed to go off site!

I hear ya. I hate staying off site. One time we got a nice room thru priceline for $39 a night but it was such a hassle driving, parking etc. If you get a code, I would def. stay on site at a value. Save your points and the price of values should be around the same price as your rental car.My kids love the value over any places at WDW. Good luck...to us all!!!

Is there a expiraton date?? I would book under the code then cancel if another code comes out if it is better. And were you planning on staying at a moderate or deluxe? I am assuming you are going in April. Do you already have a reservation?
