I was going to plan on going to DLR again at the end of April, but I don't think I can wait that long, lol. How is early to mid-March in everyone's experience? I would assume the spring breaks to avoid most would be the SoCal ones, yes?

Early to mid March should be okay this year because of how late Easter falls.
