Is the World Showcase in Epcot still opening at 11 am?

Haven't been in a while, and I'm not seeing separate opening times listed on the WDW parks hours page.

Yes. Frozen opens at 9, but other countries open at 11

All of Norway opens when Epcot opens as well as the bakery in France. Aside from that the World Showcase opens at 11am

Norway opens for the AM EMH,but the Bakery and adjacent Merch Shop in France do not.
