Is the week before or after Easter more crowded?

Opinions please....

Trying to make plans next Spring break, and can choose the week leading up to Easter, or the week after Easter.

Are the equally crowded? My DD is very interested in MK, so if really bad just might swim at the pool.

go easter to the week after easter, actually we have not found easter crowded yet, by the pools or traffic wise. i would make ps and just plan your trip for each day. we have not been to the parks yet, but have heard they are crowded. we will be at the parks tomorrow and i will post over the weekend.

we ate at cape mays for dinner on easter, no dvc discount, and we had ps for 7pm didnt sit until 7:45, that is the only problem we had besides checking in .

Equally bad crowd-wise. That would be why these 2 weeks are always considered Holiday Season by Disney.

We were down March 30-April 3, the crowds were slightly busy but parks very doable and able to walk around easily. It seemed crowds were coming in as we were leaving on the 3rd.

There were posts here last week of people who were at MK and said they closed the park because it was so crowded. You'll find a lot of people posting "just back...". Do a search, it should help.
