Is the watercolor painting stand still at DL?

Last time we went to DL (2/06), there was a guy who painted watercolor names just outside of the Matterhorn entrance. Is he still there? We had 1 of our sons name done and it is so cool. I want to get one for my baby and perhaps one of our last name.

Yes he is still there, also there is a stand in down town disney too.
