Is the Tropical Serenade a snack credit?

My favorite ice cream treat in MK is the citrus swirl, but the app hasn’t had it in quite awhile. Second favorite snack is the Tropical Serenade at Aloha Isle. Does anyone know if this is still a snack credit? I’ve been seeing conflicting reports.
