Is the train in Magic Kingdom under refurb in October?

Is it this year? I don't think I saw it listed...I have never gone on it and would love to this year!

They just refurbed it from Jan thru March of this year. I know when we were there last week of January it was closed and under refurb. I was really bummed because the RR is one of my fave things about the MK. I hope you finally get to ride it!
