CM told me that they were told to "give it another hour or so" (this was at 1:30). Her advice was to wait and call back this evening since they are open until 11 and will surely be up by then.

When I called to get my LTT ps Josie told me to try later tonight. Yes, it was supposed to be up at 1:00 but she didn't think that would happen!!! She said 'try later, we're here until 11.' So, I have my ps but no tickets yet. I'll just be patient!!
