Is the Spaceship Eath wand going away?

The BAH might also work by the Fantasmic theater. Out front might be ok too.

No disrespect intended, but I think Disney could have solved that issue with a couple of blinking lights at the top of the sphere, as one might see on an antenna. The wand is much more than necessary--and if you look at the Dolphin Webcam at night (it's pointed at SE) you can see that the wand turns off after hours anyway.

There is a light at the top of the Sphere. If you remember back to the old "Inside Out" shows (never should have ended ), they once went to the top and showed the light. They used to show Mickey up top at times too.

I can't tell you how much I hope this is true. All that hand and wand do is make the beautiful Spaceship Earth structure look tacky and cheap. And could they have chosen a worse font for the "Epcot". It was ok for the Millenium celebration, but it should have been removed as soon as that was over.

I hope The Big Hat goes in MGM/Disney Studios. That's an even bigger eyesore in my book.

It seems like I'll be a rebel, but, I liked the castle cake. That was a special trip for our family and we were very impressed with the castle. Also, I like the wand at Epcot. Epcot is our favorite park. However, iIt wouldn't break my heart if they took it down for some reason.

Our trips to Disney aren't about all the "stuff", they're about spending time with family and having a million things to do together!
