Other than the rule of 4, these changes don't matter much to me. The rule of 4 caused me to switch to a new UY for my large family trips.

I'd answer if I knew what the heck VGC and BLT are. Sure, I can go for a good bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich....but I have a feeling that's not what it means.

I think people like to get in an uproar about things and analyze, analyze, analyze. There have been some changes over the years. If you don't like them you can sell, and likely at a profit (we did! some of our points anyway.... and not because we were dissatisfied, but to solve some financial issues). I don't really care to analyze the newest stuff to death...we'll see how it plays out. If we find ourselves unhappy with our membership we won't buy more points....but I'm not that worried about our remaining 38 point add-on losing value.

GCV is Grand California Villas, BLT is the new KT aka Bay Lake Towers and no longer Kingdom Towers but that is just a rumor or was on some paperwork but not announced

The rule of 4 is the change in the banking deadlines. No banking points in your last 4 months of your UY and no booking & traveling on the Disney Collection (except DL), Concierge Collection and Adventurer Collection.

Mmm..I love BLT sandwiches. However, BTL stands for Bay Lake Towers, the new secret DVC resort at the Contemporary and VGC is the Villas at the Grand Californian at Disneyland.
