Is the Seasonal pass park 2 park?

Getting ready to head back to Universal and considering the annual pass route this time

I know there are blockout dates with the seasonal pass but is it otherwise park to park or just one park per day?

3 levels
Seasonal, preferred, premier
Covers Island and studios parks

Do both parks each day if you want

The 3 park ap includes Vbay at a higher rate than the basic ap
