I'm not 100% sure, but here's what I think happens.
I think that the Cinderella in the show is the same person who does the meet and greet at the breakfast. In the show, she wears a white gown, and at the meet and greet, she wears her classic light blue gown, so if this is right, you also have to figure in a couple minutes for a costume change. I know that when we showed up around 9:50-9:55, there was a long-ish line of people waiting for the meet and greet and no Cinderella. I thought we were told she was at Cinderellabration.
So if this is right, and if the Cinderellabration schedule is the same when you are there, then yes, you will have some minutes of sitting around in the lobby. It's a pretty cool lobby as these things go, though. There are some knights in shining armor that caught my dd's eye.
And I could be dead wrong about all this. I just know what happened the day I went.
If I were Disney, I would think that a long term plan might be to have a different castle show so Cinderella doesn't have to do double duty. She's one hard-working princess!
