Just wondering , coming up to the 90 day mark and was wondering about this. I would like to get my reservations online, but if the 90 + 10 is in effect I would then call.

I really have no idea what you just asked. But 90+10 works both online and on the phone. As long as you are at a disney resort you can book the +10

As long as you have your confirmation # to enter the website knows to give you the +10 without it you only get that 90 day mark. I made all my DR online with no problem. Keep track of your DR #'s in case you need to change anything later.

Ok, but you since you answered here is another question. LOL. I am staying at a Disney Resort, but DVC, does it apply to DVC reservations online as well?

If I understand your question, I myself am a DVC member, took my Confirmation # entered it & then proceeded to make all my DR online. So, yes you can make all your DR online just be sure to enter that confirmation number you have from when you made your resort reservation. The DVC site should have it under your vacation plan

Thanks. The reason I was asking is because when I entere my res. number from the DVC website to the Disney website it gives me an error. Is there anything special I should do???

I keep trying to lretrieve my reservation to book dinning and it says :
My Disney Vacation - Error
Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later.

Is it something to do with the DVC reservation number starting with a 3.

Wht is wrong please help....

My understanding, such as it is, is that only an offcial Disney 12 digit (no letters) reservation number will work. I'm not a DVC member so can't address your issue. But we did use RCI points to swap into a DVC resort in December, and the 8 digit reservation number that RCI gave us didn't work. When I called DVC member services, they gave me my official Disney reservation number, and that one worked. At least it does when the system is working. Is your reservation number 12 digits? If it isn't maybe that's the problem.

I'm not sure I understand the 90 plus 10.

I've always called on the 90day mark from my arrival day. (or the 180 day as it used to be. My 90 day mark will come before the late Oct date when the 180 day policy comes back into effect)

So, if I have my reservation #, can I really make ADRs online 100 days out (90 plus 10) from my arrival day???

Can someone explain?

Is this less complicated than i'm making it?

A lot of people have been having this issue. I tried and tried getting it to work by clearing out cookies etc that people have recommended and still nothing worked for me. Others had the same issues. To day was my 90 day mark- I called at 7 and got everything I wanted. Don't let the online system stress you out.

You call on the 90 day mark of your arrival- if you have a 10 day stay for example you could make all ur ADRS on the 90 day mark of your arrival date. Thats where +10 comes from. People who are not on site have to call every day at the 90 day mark for each day of their trip.

That makes sense-all clear now. Thanks so much!:)

by chance, ....Do you know if online system works at midnight or if system sets at 7am like for phones??

The online ADR system opens up at 3 AM EST - not to guarantee that the system will be working at that time or any other time of day. But I was one of the (apparently) few who could get into the system and make all my ADRs at 3 AM on my 90th day.

There was a thread earlier about BLT not being on the list of resorts for online dining reservations. Are you staying there? That may be a problem.

I tried to make my ADRs online this morning using a DVC reservation (12 digit number- also starting with a 3) and it won't accept it. I get that same error message as a previous poster/DVCer. And our reservation is at BWV. Fortunately, I was able to call and get everything I wanted...but this is really annoying! The CM on the phone had no idea why it wouldn't work. I guess I'm just lucky that we are checking in when a lot of other people are actually checking out and going back home from the holidays!
