Is the pre paid photo package refundable?

I am thinking of prepurchasing this package but if there aren’t enough good photos, can we get a refund? Nowhere on their site does it say it is refundable.

We have two staterooms - husband and grandchild in one, myself and another grandchild in another. Do we need two packages?

Are the photos framed in any way with borders or captions?

You can get a refund up until the last full day by stopping by Shutters. I believe you cannot have downloaded any of the photos to a personal device however to be eligible for a refund.

Yes, there are borders and marks on some. It’s easier to crop them off on certain pictures than others.

You only have to buy one package as long as at least one of you from the room is in every picture. If you would have a solo picture of a person from the other room it probably wouldn’t be available. Although sometimes they make exceptions, my mil/fil had one or two pictures and they were willing to add them to my sister-in-law‘s package. Also sometimes they will join minor children to another room Without any issues.

If someone from the first stateroom [with the package] is in all pictures, then you don't need another package. However, if any of the photos would contain just people from the second stateroom, they would either need a package or buy the photos individually.

If you have two staterooms and buy the "all photos" package online in advance, once you are onboard you can purchase the "all photos" package for the second stateroom at 50% off. See https://www.ourcruisephotos.com/faq
