Is the paper for drawing classes 8.5 x 11 on non-US cruises?

I have friends who are taking the Disney Cruise from Singapore and I'm wondering if the paper size for drawing classes is always 8.5 in x 11 in.

I know this is the paper size for sailings out of the US and to the Caribbean but is it also the size used for sailings out of other countries?
A4 is the global standard and I'd expect Singapore sailings to use the same paper size as Australia sailings.

I understand that nobody knows for sure for the Adventure but since my friend is doing the maiden voyage, she won't be able to find out for sure what file/binder size would be appropriate for storing the paper before sailing.

That's why I asked specifically about other non-US sailings to see if there's consistency system-wide. If they somehow get this paper size onto cruises out of Europe and Australia, it would seem likely that they could do it for Singapore too.
