Is the other side of Pop Century done?

Is the other side of Pop Century done? I have stayed in the 1950s and seen the other side being built.

Sadly, I believe I read that the construction has been halted. There is a Pop Century thread in the resorts section of this board. They might know what is going on.

We were there last week and I did not see any activity at all across the pond. It looked completely dead.

Construction was stopped a few years ago on the Legends side. No word on when it will resume.
