Is the ocean rough right now?

We leave on Thursday the 21st and was wondering if anyone experienced rough water recently? On our last cruise it was really bumby that night going out, but after that it was smooth sailing for the rest of the cruise.
It was so rough that night that the curtains were swaying on the stage. Thanks in advance for your replies!

It is often rough leaving PC and heading east, but after the first night it is usually smooth sailing.

We sailed on the 10/3 4-night and every single night was bumpy because of a storm nearby. Usually the seas get bad in November, but anytime there are hurricanes or large storms (this is rainy season in the Caribbean) the waters can get choppy. On the other hand, they could be completely flat. You never really know, there are a lot of factors at play. In general, October and November can be pretty bumpy.
