Is the Oasis Patio at the Poly a good choice?

I was told that the Lava patio was walk up same day reservations - but when I called back a second time another cast member said it was advance reservations as well, and both of them are all rented already for June!

I’m being told by a CM on the phone that the Oasis and Lava patios are walk up only- first come, first served. Can anyone confirm this is true? I feel like she is incorrect but I hate to spend another 20 minutes calling back.

The Oasis Patios are 100% advanced reservations. 60 days is the magic date. For advance reservations and pricing information, call (407) WDW-PLAY / (407) 939-7529 to reserve and pre-pay.

If not booked you may be able to book day of if there are openings.

She was incorrect. They are bookable via advanced reservations and via walk up if unbooked. I hate when you get one that just makes up info

Definitely call back and speak with someone else. I called the day our 60+ window opened right at 7:00 am and we got the last patio available for the day we wanted!
