is the new promo for upgrading from QS to regular dining plan at a value public??

Is this a pincode that only certain people can do or is this a public offer for anyone wanting to upgrade their free dining from quick service to table service??

I got it with a pin code, but we are staying at a moderate any ways, so it does us no good.

Some are getting special offers for free dining without regard to the resort they are staying at.

I did call and check with a CM if there were any codes under my name. Alas, I didn't get lucky but at least the CM tried.

We are staying at a value in Dec with Free dining (regular plan not QS) - we received a PIN code in the mail for it in July.

I agree- I saved a lot of money just by going through my inbox-- I had forgotten about a code I got in July. I just dismissed it then, but it saved me lots of money the other day!
