Is the GF Tea included in the dining plan?

I looked online at Disneyworld.com website, and I didn't see it on this list. So, I'm pretty sure the answer is no. But, I wanted to check with the experts here. I wish it were included. I love the tea and want to do it next year when we return.

aww....pickles. I was hoping it was included. oh well, I like it so much, we'll do it anyways. i was just being cheap and hoping we wouldn't have to pay oop for it.
