Is the Gelato the same all over Universal?

Is it the same gelato at HRH, Porto and the parks or does each location make their own? I was planning to boat over to Portofino for their gelato, hearing it is something special. Is it really? Or will some from any other location be the same?

I don’t really have an answer for you - I’m not a gelato connoisseur. We ate the gelato at Portofino. It was good but didn’t seem life changing or really any different than what we get in the gelato bar at our grocery store (which is Vero gelato if that means anything).

The ice cream at Emack & Bolio's at HRH was excellent - I think it was ice cream not gelato BUT I could be mistaken. Whatever it was, it was delicious !

PB gelato was ok, nothing too special, but I have to admit to not really being overly fond of it, much prefer creamy ice cream.

But, I did quite like the gelato from Louie`s pizza in the Studios. It was a couple of years ago, but we both liked it.

The ice cream at Coldstone Creamery on City Walk is the best I ever had. We even talk about it at home. So yummy .
