Is the food at Garden Grill any good?

I liked Garden Grill. The food was good-I really liked the salad! Even though it was just DH and me, I got some mac and cheese off of the kid's menu and it was YUMMY!!

I found the food mediocre, at best.

we loved garden grill when we ate in 2008 and were going to go back next week. but we had to cancel our trip. the food at GG is aamzing. the salad is amazing. the dressing was outa this world. the catfish was verrrry good and the character interaction is amazing. the characters came to our table 2-3 times each and were never rushed.

I went for the character meal for my daughter, but was surprised at how good the food is -- I'd go back in a heartbeat.

In that case, I think you should cancel the Garden Grill one and go with the other one. That way; I may be able to get it if it is before the 12th. Just kidding (not really) it is a great restaurant though. The menu is not as extensive as other places but the atmosphere is pretty cool.

Of all the Character Meals this one continually gets the best reviews. I think it the highest rated Character Meal among guest.

We were just there 2 weeks ago... they did change the kids menu and my kids were not happy about it.
Now instead of fries and chicken nuggets - it's sweet potato fries and chicken drumsticks. They did have some chicken nuggets and regular fries they thankfully were able to bring out... but as for the sweet potato fries my kids gave them a big yucko!

We ate there over Easter break and thought the food was just okay! The rotating scenery was fun though!

We are glad they changed the menu, as my kids prefer to eat adult food, so they loved the drumsticks. I thought the sweet potato fries were very good!

We just ate here last week, after several years of giving it a rest as this restaurant had really gone downhill. Not only has the food improved, but the service as well, and the restaurant revolved the entire time (it was broken the last 2x we ate there).

It is overpriced though, as we had to pay the surcharge. So, in that respect, it's not worth it, but the kids enjoyed the characters as they are very interactive there.

Haven't been there in years! My last time there (ages and ages ago) wasn't so hot... not crazy about fried fish and whatever else they had, and it was late... I was charactered out... just a blah evening.

My Mom, sis, and I went not knowing that it had turned into a character family-style restaurant. I miss the old non character place... good food, rotating floor, no characters.

Maybe it's time for me to head over there some time... oh there are characters there.... maybe not. The munchkin is scared of characters...
