Is the DVC website having issues?

Hello all!!

I've been trying to make two reservations since last night and I keep on receiving the same error message which is very weird. The rooms are still there from last night so they must be available.

Anyone also receiving this message recently?

Yes I'm afraid it's cost me my trip. I cancelled existing reservations because alternate dates were showing available.. They still show available but can't book ...

I too am sorry. I have a 2022 trip planned/booked, and would like to cancel and rebook or modify so I can change from standard to boardwalk view. I just don’t trust the website.

Yes I called member services about the same problem hoping the day showing availability could be added to our existing reservation . She let me know this is happening a lot lately and they have no idea why .
Sure is frustrating hope they can figure out the problem .

I too am sorry. I have a 2022 trip planned/booked, and would like to cancel and rebook or modify so I can change from standard to boardwalk view. I just don’t trust the website.

This is the first major issue I've had with the website. The board crashed after all the error messages. I had hoped it would work afterwards but no luck.

The comment this is happening a lot lately and they have no idea why from DVC CM’s is not very encouraging.

I have to wonder: Are they working on it? Do they care?

No unfortunately she called it a ghost reservation still have my waitlist and hope the day shows up

ok so maybe the problem is that those reservations aren't really available. Sucks.

You are right they are not available and you get the message to refresh the page but the day
or days are still there . Will just keep checking the site and hopefully they can fix the glitch.
Member services at their end see no availability

Did you call member services and tell them what happened? Maybe they could help and find
some days to piece a trip together for you . That really sucks that happened and I hope you
get your vacation days back.

Yeah. I don't have half a day to wait on hold for DVC.

It appears to have updated and is functioning. I was able to grab a few days. Now I must check for park reservations, flights, etc.

Ah, yes-seen that MANY times in the last two days. They (via chat) told me to clear my cookies and clear my history. Still didn't work. Yesterday, I called and they said the reservation I wanted wasn't available, so they put me on a waitlist. Checked today-it still shows available, but I still get that same message. I hear that it's an IT error that HOPEFULLY will be fixes during the big shut down MS is having in 2 weeks. My question is-why are they waiting so long?
