Perhaps I should ask if the pool is WARM....;) I've been in pools that claim to be heated but there still pretty nippy....brrrr! We are going mid-October and really enjoy getting in a warm pool when we vacation. It's actually one of the only times that I squeeze this pooh sized body into a swimming suit and relax in a hot tub....then I know that I am truly on vacation :goodvibes
So we have ressies at the Candy Cane because I know their pool (water temperature) is awesome but then we were also able to get a great rate at the DLH so now we are trying to make up our minds. Can anyone help that has actually gotten into the DLH pool recently?

A million thanks,
Kathy

I just stayed there recently and from what I could tell, the pool was heated. We went swimming on our last day and really enjoyed the pool.

I hope the pool is warm in Dec when we go, I really want to try out that pool as the pictures are awesome.

I think the main pool is kind of chilly, but the 2 quiet pools are super warm! We even swam at thanksgiving last year!

If nothing else you can enjoy the hot tub in mermaid lagoon over by the neverland pool. It is awesome!

I was told by a cm it is heated. From what I have seen in the past I would not expect warm water but probably warmer that what the temp is like outside. It is just such a big pool it will be hard to keep the water warm. Like Dineynerd said the smaller pools will be warmer because of this. We have never been in the pool but always have pool view rooms when we go. This year, we actually have some time for DD to go down the slide a time or two. DH and I will just watch. I think she will be fine for just a few times but not full on swimming

We were just at DLH in early September. It was really hot when we were there, but the main pool was still a bit too chilly for me (DH thought it was fine, though). The quiet pools, on the other hand, were great! There are two of them, and the lower pool was even warmer than the upper one.
