Is the DIS ADR calculator wrong?

Trying to figure out my ADR booking date, as I'm getting different results...

Based on the date that seems to be bookable as of today if I went to make a dummy reservation online (9th October is the last date showing as available to select), the DIBB and PS Calculators confirm that was bookable as of today (12th April), whereas the DIS suggests this was bookable as of yesterday (11th April) - does that mean the DIS ADR calculator is wrong???

The reason I'm investigating is I want to book from 30th October onwards, and the DIS tells me I can do this on 2nd May but the DIBB and PS Calculator tell me 3rd May?

That's so weird, it shows me the 2nd!

I wonder if it's because I'm in the UK I'm seeing a different time zone or something, but we're only 5 hours difference so I don't know why that would be it...
