The only big difference between the Aquarium and Coral Reef is that the Aquarium actually serves seafood other than fish, and the Coral Reef doesn't.
I actually like the Aquarium better, atmosphere-wise. At Coral Reef you have to work/beg/cross your fingers so that you get a tank-side seat or your view is less than stellar; at the Aquarium the restaurant wraps around the tank and so you have a better view from everywhere.
Quality-wise, the Coral Reef has a slight edge on the Aquarium on some dishes, but their kitchen has a much smaller menu to work with.
As for Yak and Yeti... keep telling yourself that it is meant for an American palate, and that it is created by a company whose roots are in gulf coast seafood and not the Szechuan province, and you'll be okay. It's not bad.
