Is the Concierge Club still available?

After viewing the latest points required for the new Baylake Towers I thought I would refer to the Concierge section to check on this years points for New York, it only seems to have 2008 rates showing, does anyone know if this is now being discontinued or they just haven't got around to posting 2009 rates?

I would like to know this too. I think when they changed to RCI this has now gone. Hope I am wrong though. Try and ask on the US DVC board
