Is the booking tool down?

I haven't been following some of these things very closely, but the DVC booking tool hasn't been working for me since yesterday. I get the 7 Dwarves "we're sorry" page. Is this a known outage? Have others been experiencing the same thing?

Edit: I tried a private browsing session and it's working for me in that. Disregard this post.

I booked a reservation today. During the process I too got the dwarfs, working on it message. Hit the back arrow, and it moved me on through the rest of the booking process. Try that and see if you can complete it.
 
I was on it earlier and able to look at availability. It was however very slow.
 
Just got the dwarves when I choose to check availability. It has been very temperamental lately.
 

I got the dwarfs about an hour ago. Haven't tried again yet, but was going to later tonight.

I haven't been able to get it to work on my phone for 2 days. I can get it to work on my laptop using Microsift Edge.
What is " private browsing session"?
 
I was attempting to cancel our June reservations all day today and received the Dwarves every time I hit "Cancel", regardless of browser or private/incognito. I finally gave up and hopped on online chat, which was great -- immediate response from a CM and they had my reservations cancelled within minutes. So if you're stuck, give chat a try...
 
I’ve been having a lot of issues with the site as well. It’s definitely more spotty than it has been in the past. I get to the window I’m trying to about 1/3 of the time. I’m guessing it’s an overuse issue given the frantic need to rebook all the points. .
 
I just had issues with the site. And a "chat" CM didn't know the why. My dashboard said that I had over 300 points in my August 2020 use year. Yet, when I tried to make a reservation for November, within my 7 month window, the system said I had no points available and would have to borrow from 2021. As I said, the CM on chat didn't know why, but offered to have a Vacation Advisor book it. I decided to let the 7 dwarfs work on it for a day or two!
 
Can you use this tool to change an already booked reservation or do you have to call DVC?

Also, if you have to call DVC, how long have the waits been recently?

1 - Yes, in theory, but not always in practice. Website has been really glitchy last couple of weeks. Might be better to call.
2 - The last two times I called, first was picked up instantly and second was a 5 minute wait.
 
I modified my reservation this am. No issues.
 
Online has always had problems but, it has been a lot more glitchy lately. The error messages occur every time I go online no matter the browser. My best guess is so many people using it and the remote hook-ups for MS maybe hard on the system?
 
Perhaps the better question is when hasn't the site been down? It seems like anytime I log on through my laptop or phone that I get the 7D image. Or I start plugging information in, thinking I'll finally be able to get results or book, and bam. The site goes "just kidding". Here's a cute pictrue of the 7D for you to look at instead.
 
I know - it's so frustrating. I have started using the Incognito window which helps some, but once a week I get the dreaded suspicious activity email from Disney and have to reset my password. :headache:
