Is tepanyaki Closed?

I see on some websites that the Tepanyaki restaurant is closed for refurbishment, but when I go to Disney's website, it does not mention it being closed. So which is it?

Definitely closed. When I was there at the end of last month, they were working at night and it looked like they completely gutted the room.

They had the steps blocked so that you could not watch Illuminations from the balcony.
