Is Tempura Kiku closed?

I think that is the name, the little sushi bar that is next to the Teppenyaki (sp?) restaurant. DH and I love to get sushi from there and just realized that Teppenyaki will be closed when we go tomorrow. Is the bar/lounge area also closed? Thanks
