Is stroller rental available before Rope Drop?

Hello!
Is stroller rental available before you technically enter the park (MK) or do you have to wait until it opens to rent your stroller?
We want to be at RD on the first day we are there & then channel our inner Olympic Sprinter & see A&E first. But if you have to wait to rent a stroller, that will consume valuable time....

I believe the stroller rental kiosk is behind the rope area. However I could be wrong.

That said, if you have two adults, maybe one could take the kids to the A&E line while the other goes to rent the stroller?

You cannot rent a stroller until the park opens. The stroller rentals are under the train station when you enter the park. The rental line can get long, so be there at rope drop. You will also need to park the stroller before you go into the meet & greet, so the PP's suggestion to send someone to get the stroller while you race off to the A&E line would be a good idea. The wait last week was about 40 minutes at RD.
