In February, we saw the animated stitch at innoventions. My daughter just loved talking to him on the phone. Is that attraction still there? It was only working on weekends when we were there. ;)

No, they took him away! I was so sad when I saw it. I don't have a clue what it is exactly now. The computers are still there, but I don't think that the Lilo & Stitch game is on it anymore. I liked talking to him, but I was intimidated by waiting with a whole bunch of little kids. I will miss arguing w/ him on who loves each other more and will just have to settle talking to my Stitch stuffed animal. ;)

That is TOOO cute :) I totally missed that. I bet my fiancee and my cousin would have loved that. They LOVE stitch. Thats weird, bc me & my fiancee played the video game last year and didn't even see somewhere to talk to stitch on the phone. Shame. We should have looked for it !

When we were there in June the video games were still there, but where Stitch's hut used to be, there's a space engine or something..

But the Stitch games were still there!

we found stitch in DCA last weekend! I haven't seen him walking anywhere in a long time, so my youngest was thrilled!

We went into Innoventions on our most recent trip, we hadn't been in there in years, and I realized why when we decided to revisit :sad2: . It's changed since I was last in, I found it to be horrible! First they doop you into sitting through boring shpeel about commerical architecture, felt like they were trying to sell me a home. Then they hype up some of the attractions inside which turned out to be lame and a total waste of time.

The only things that look fun, and of course were very busy was the video game area, and the Segway trial - would like to try that out :) .

The Dream Home of the Future there is cool. It has fun stuff to do and see, very hands on. We had a good time checking it out - some of the technology in there is cool.

Upstairs we had fun riding Segways, seeing what we would look like 50 years from now and watching the robot show. That was pretty cool.

We skipped right by all the video games. I think Innoventions can be fun if you take the time to check out the different things in there and not just breeze through it.

I'm glad my youngest got to experience the video phone with Stitch in February before he left.

I'm glad we got to talk to Stitch while he was in there, but I'm not THAT sorry to see him gone. While it was cute, Turtle Talk with Crush is so much more innovative and fun and definitely feels more like you're actually interacting with him.

I do remember one cute thing though... when one of us asked Stitch why he was blue, he answered "cause it's easier than being green". Growing up with Sesame Street/Kermit, that really cracked me up!! :lmao:
