Is Southwest now a participating airline for DME?

We are flying into MCO on Southwest. I have read conflicting answers in different places on here so can someone tell me if Southwest is a participating airline. Cuz if they are not I do not put the yellow luggage tags on my bags and I have to pick them up myself at the baggage claim right? WDW sent me the tags so I figure SW does now participate.

We fly out on AirTran. They now participate too right?

Southwest is a participating airline. At least they were back in October 2009. I'm not sure about AirTran.

I just did a quick check on this. AirTran is a participating Airline. The following airlines are the only current Participating Airlines.

There's no such thing as a participating airline when it comes to DME motorcoach transportation and the inbound luggage transfer service. All passengers on all domestic flights into MCO have always been able to use those services and never were forced to collect their own bags as long as they arrived when the baggage transfer service was running (between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.) regardless of the airline they were flying. So SWA passengers can and always have been able to have their bags brought by DME to their resort.

The participating airline thing is only related to the Resort Airline Check-in service, which allow guests to check their bags and get their boarding passes at their resort for their outbound flights after their stay at WDW. RAC is separate from DME and SWA was not a participating airline for some time, but now is up and running at all WDW resorts. AirTran also participates in RAC.

That is totally unrelated to Disney's Magical Express or any other Disney program.

I was able to check my bags in for SWA at the Beach Club a couple of weeks ago. They printed my boarding passes off too. Worked great. Then we caught ME later that evening.
