Is something going on at AKL

I keep seeing hints something is wrong at AKL and things about people being moved? is something going on there or is this just miscommunication?

I think they are either constructing new DVC units there, or are closing down parts of AKL to convert them to DVC.

Please don't ask me to defend this. I really don't like what they're doing to AKL and CR in the name of making DVC bigger. To me it just means it will be more intrusive to the existing resorts than it already is.

They are changing part of the Animal Kingdom Lodge building to DVC villas. I think it's the 5th floor?

They are also starting to build a separate DVC building apart from the Lodge. So, your either/or is actually both.

They are in the middle of converting the 5th and 6th floor of AKL into AKV. They are about 5 months aheadof schedule from what I have heard, so I am not sure how many more people may get moved. They are also building the new Kadani Village which is all AKV and set to open in 2009.
