Is Scootarama reliable?

I am think of renting a scooter from Scootarama. Any thoughts or recommendations?

A couple of people have posted they rented from them in the past and were pleased. They didn't really put a lot of detail though, so I can't tell you much more.

We used them for my Dad, No trouble at all. The scooter was waiting when we arrived, Ran smoothly and at the end of the trip we dropped it at baggage and they picked it up. No muss No fuss!
