Is Photopass website down right now?

Please somebody tell me the site is down right now, versus the potential alternative that all my Aulani pics are gone......?!?!?

(Yes, I've had them all pulled in--almost finished my edits and planned to order my CD today once I finished saving all my 5x7 versions.)

I logged in and was able to see my pictures from our recent WDW trip, but the site is so glitchy that it doesn't mean that something has happened to yours. Give them a call (or email, but since you're worried, waiting on hold is probably worth it) and they should be able to fix it for you. I bought the extension last year and my pictures started disappearing a few days early, and they were able to add them back on.

Same story here! Been on hold for 40 minutes trying to buy Memory Maker while we still have Advanced Purchase options and the website totally won't let me purchase. So frustrating.

For anyone else having issues, they told me all the Aulani pics have gotten over into the DisneyLAND system somehow, and it will be 4-5 days until they get it all fixed. He could still see the approximate number of pics I know I had, so nobody panic yet Posting this over on Aulani board too, but wasn't sure if there were issues elsewhere too.

For anyone who's never encountered PP website issues, if your photos are near expiration and issues like this arise, call and ask for a free extension.
