Is online registration for moonlight magic not working?

I have tried a couple times to complete registration for one of the January dates, I get to the point where it asks for my info then asks a series of questions that you need to check off, i select continue then i get an error. Is it just me or are others having an issue.


Below is the error that i keep getting. This is going through the link that is provided on the member website. I am a blue card member so that shouldn't be an issue

The server is unable to understand your request.

If you continue to receive this error, contact the event organizer or product support with error code 20171221-09:41:03.
 
I thought that it might be my work computer, but i took my phone off of the work wifi and i an still getting the same error - at some points i can enter the member number and then get to the page to pick my date and answer the other questions - gets to the confirmation page and then select "confirm" and i get the same error.
 
Well don't exoect member services to help. We have been trying for 2 hours now, a d get the same issue. Called member services and their answer was oh well
 

Finally working!! I don't know what the problem was - maybe website, maybe because i was on my work computer but now that i am home it is working!!
