my niece is gluten free, can she eat at 'Ohana with the rest of us

She can eat, but she will have to request gluten free and that should also be noted on your ADR booking.

We eat there frequently and 3 of the 4 of us are GF. While they obviously can't have the noodles, they offer rice instead and the gluten free meal is very comprable to the regular meal. All of the meat on skewers is ok. They even have GF bread. Don't worry at all, it's a great meal even GF.

They gave my daughter ice cream gf cookies and fresh berries...she loved it!

One time my husband got this amazing GF chocolate lava cake with ice cream that he loved. However, since then he has always gotten vanilla ice cream with GF cookies or disney's usual GF brownie heated up with ice cream on it. Both acceptable and fine, but just no comparison to the first dessert he got! He laments that every time we go now - we must have just gotten a chef feeling generous that day, or a substitute or something. The kids have always gotten GF cookies with ice cream in between them.

I would, he's more the take what you get type. So I don't interfere But I would certainly ask every time!
