Is Oga's Cantina open during HS extended evening hours?

Hi! We are going in October and on one of the days HS is open for EEH from 9-11PM.

It's not possible to make reservations after 8:40PM on that day, and hours posted for Oga's are shorter (9PM instead of 10PM)

Is Oga's open during EEH and can we just walk in without a res?
