Is OBB Placeholder a "Reservation"?

We received a reservation number but can't get the website to recognize it when I try to add it to "My Cruises".

I don't think the system recognizes it as a cruise, since there's no actual date/cruise assigned to the reservation number.

I just tried it and I was able to add my upcoming Wonder cruise but it would not let me add my OBB Placeholder reservation. I can see both in the Castaway Club section though.

Call DCL or your travel agent. I am pretty sure they update your OBB reservation to reflect the dates you want to cruise. That's what I had to do last time, a couple of months ago.

I believe the issue is that a Placeholder reservation has no date connected with it - yet. So it can't show up as an actual cruise.

Mine shows under castaway club but not if you put in as a reservation number itself. Shows as upcoming when you look at cruise history.
