Is Norway in Epcot opening at 9AM when Frozen opens?

I wonder what time Kringla and the shop will open...

There could be a plus to this.

I'm sure Puffin's Roost will open at 9:00 AM(FEA "empties" into the shops) and I would definitely "think" Kringla would open then as well, but,I suppose they could wait and open it a while later.:)

Surprisingly;),the ENTIRE last "room" in the shops(the one FEA will "dump" into) where all the nice sweaters, etc. were displayed is now ALL Frozen merchandise.(The fitting rooms have even been "walled off").

What does an early opening (9am) in Norway mean for Mexico? Will they open at 9am as well? Seems like with all of that Norway foot traffic walking past it would be a good idea to open early.

Think I'll just FP+ the ride, not overly bothered about the meet and greet if I can get a FP+ for another day might do it (or if the line is tiny (yeah like that's going to happen).

Then that way on EMH I don't have to desperately try to get over there. Meaning I can just skip along (I end up skipping a lot at Disney) and if I get there and it's not busy great, if rammed I'll just turn around and head to Nemo...

Realistically...do you think eating at akershus at 8, will I be able to get in line for meet and greet a&e before the rope droppers???

You'll be cutting it close. Breakfast takes about an hour, so even if Akershus lets you check in (and seats you) early, you probably won't be done with the meal until just before 9. And guests are let into the park at 8:45. So you could very well rush through your expensive breakfast and still find yourself behind rope droppers.

If it were me, I'd plan to be at the front gate at 8:15 to be at the head of the RD pack. Do the M&G as soon as you're let in and make a mid-morning Akershus ADR. That way you get the M&G with a low wait and you get to actually enjoy the princess breakfast.

Zero indication Mexico will open early with Froway.:)

I'm not sure if this is what you mean or not but the M&G won't have a FP

Thanks for the info @AngiTN Oh no, must have missed that bit, so no FP for the meet and greet, well I think that's made my decision.

Sorry Ladies (Elsa & Anna) you won't (unless your line is very small) have the wonderful opportunity of posing with my family and I this November. - Now I know you're crushed, but better luck next time lol

On a day that has EMH will they let us in early (before EMH starts) if I have an ADR at Akershus at 8:15ish. If so, can't I get in before the EMH crowd, meet A&E, and then check in for my breakfast (even if a few minutes late as that is not usually an issue).

So why doesn't all of World Showcase open with the rest of the park? I've always wondered. I'm sure there's a thread somewhere that I just haven't run across.

So why doesn't all of World Showcase open with the rest of the park? I've always wondered. I'm sure there's a thread somewhere that I just haven't run across.
many reasons:
1.- World Showcase doesn't really get foot traffic until around noon to 1pm. That's because most people enter through Future World so they do all the attractions there first and then head over to the countries
2.- Not enough to keep people interested in the countries all day. That's why all the entertainment is scheduled to start after noon time
3.- Most CM that work in the countries are international college program kids that have limited number of hours that they are allowed to work.
