Is nine dragons closed for refurbishment yet?

I was just wondering. As Disney said Tutto's would be closing down, for a quick rehab. But, it is not. Is Nine Dragons still closing, or has it closed, anyone know? TIA

It is closed, we walked past it last week. The sign outside is directing people to the Lotus Blossom Cafe (CS)

Yes, it is closed. We were there 2 weeks ago and I really wanted to eat there.

It will be open 11/28/08
