Is NetFlip a scam??

I've been shopping through NetFlip because it seemed great that they reward you with dollars, not points. But they've never sent me an email to "confirm" my account (and thus I can't cash out).

Now, some of my "offer" rewards aren't showing up.

I'm wondering has anyone ever RECEIVED any of this money they earn? Is it just a scam??

Help with any details please.

I haven't done NetFlip in years, so I am not sure. But when I was doing it, I did receive a $10 check, as did my DH.

I finally received a check from them last week after several threatening emails to them. I will not use them again because they are not easy to deal with, but I did get the money they owed me.
