is Nemo open for a.m. EMH @ Epcot?

just wondering before i run over to the Seas first thing at 8 a.m.

It wasn't when I was there a few weeks ago - and in fact on both that day and a regular entry time day it didn't open til 10.

i knew Crush wasn't open til 10 in the same pavilion but i've always gone on Nemo right before so i have been on it a couple of times around 9:45 (i assume it opened at 9 but not sure). i have small children so i was going to try this between 8-9 during a.m. EMH - i'm just trying to decide if Epcot emh is worth it for us (DDs ages 2 & 5). thanks.
