Is my ticket good?

I have a free kids ticket from the promotion they had a few years ago. However, when I picked them up the kiosk didn't work so an employee printed the tickets for me and brought them out. The tickets didn't say that they would expire in December as the promotion had said. As a result, is the ticket still good? I am concerned that it won't work and may by and extra one, but if I really don't need to I won't bother.

Not too sure about that.....I thought they expired that December. Call guest services and maybe fax them the copy of the ticket

We had left over tickets from that same offer this past December because after I bought the tickets, we ended up booking kids stay play and eat free. We were able to use the tickets and no one said anything. Ours also did not have the expiration on them because we had to go to guest relations to pick them up due to the fact that the credit card we used to buy the tickets was stolen.

If they have no experation date on them they should still be good but like the other poster said Phamton should know.

I cannot say whether your ticket is good. Some expire and some don't. The only way to know for sure is to email guestservices@universalorlando.com or to call them 407-224-4233. They will need you to fax a copy of the back of your tickets.
